I. Franklin D. Roosevelt (1932-1933) He is the United States 32nd president and was known by the initials FDR. He is recorded to be the most cosmopolitan individual American to have entered the white house and the only president to have served for more than two terms. According to the Siena Research Institute survey conducted a year after taking office by a new president, Franklin D. Roosevelt for the last five surveys (1982, 1990, 1994, 2002, and 2010) has been ranked as the top chief executive of all the times that the United States has ever had (Sienna Research Institute 2) Dallek Robert in his book â€Å"Franklin D. Roosevelt and American Foreign Policy† refers to Roosevelt as the American internationalist (21). Woodrow Wilson is historically known to be the first United States President to have developed legislative powers of his office systematically. He also showed Legislative leadership and balanced the co-ordinate policy-formulation delicately (Dimock). He earns a high ranking because of his contributions in leadership and legislative work. IV. Dwight D. Eisenhower (1952-1953) He was the United States 34th president. His aim of entering the presidential race was to crusade against the corruption, communism, and Korea. He concluded the negotiations with the government of china to n d the Korean War, and maintained an intense pressure on the Soviet Union in the period of the cold war. He also gave a priority to the nuclear weapons that were inexpensive in order to save money. He helped in the removal of McCarthy from power in as much as several of his political actions, he had left to his then vice-president called Richard Nixon.
